TKK PU FIX Insulation Adhesive — Gun-Grade PU Adhesive Foam 750 ml
Bonds EPS/XPS insulation boards fast and firmly with low expansion.
TKK PU FIX Insulation Adhesive is a one-component, gun-grade 750 ml polyurethane adhesive foam for bonding thermal insulation boards to walls, facades and foundations. It cures with air humidity to form a strong bond with good insulating properties, and also fills the gaps between boards.
Adhesive for EPS and XPS boards
TKK PU FIX bonds EPS and XPS insulation boards, mineral wool, as well as concrete, brick, OSB and wood. Its low-expansion formula holds the boards precisely in place without shifting them during installation.
Fast curing for quicker work
The adhesive becomes tack free about 6–12 minutes after application and fully hardens in 1–2 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. That lets you continue fixing boards quickly without long waiting times.
Economical coverage per can
A single 750 ml can is enough to fix around 7–10 m² of insulation, making facade work predictable with fewer interruptions. Gun-grade dispensing gives precise dosing and less wasted material.
Extra insulation under the board
The hardened layer of TKK PU FIX beneath the board adds extra thermal insulation and is resistant to ageing. The bond stays strong and effective long after installation.
