SOUDAL Soudabond Easy 750 ml – PU Adhesive Foam for Insulation
Bonds insulation boards up to 30% faster than traditional adhesive mortars.
SOUDAL Soudabond Easy is a ready-to-use, single-component polyurethane adhesive foam for permanently bonding thermal insulation boards and plasterboard. This 750 ml hand-held can comes with an applicator adapter and covers up to 14 m² of insulation. It replaces traditional powder adhesives – no mixing and no water needed.
Faster bonding with no mixing
Soudabond Easy cuts working time by up to 30% versus traditional adhesive mortars. The foam is ready to use straight away – no mixing and no water – and grips firmly from the start, even at low temperatures.
Works with EPS, XPS, PUR/PIR and plasterboard
Soudabond Easy bonds EPS and XPS polystyrene, polyurethane (PUR/PIR) and phenolic foam boards, as well as plasterboard in dry-lining work. It suits facades, roofs, perimeter insulation, cellar ceilings and non-load-bearing interior walls.
Low thermal conductivity and temperature resistance
With a thermal conductivity of about 0.035 W/(m·K), Soudabond Easy fills the joints between boards without weakening the insulation. Once cured it withstands -40°C to +90°C, stays flexible and water-resistant, and its B1 fire class makes it suitable for construction.
Fast curing to keep the job moving
A surface skin forms in about 8 minutes, and work can continue roughly 1 hour after application. Minimal post-expansion lets you position and align the boards precisely.
