SOUDAL Soudabond Easy — Gun-Grade PU Foam Adhesive for Insulation Boards, 750 ml

Bonds insulation boards with no mixing — one can covers up to 14 m².

SOUDAL Soudabond Easy is a ready-to-use, single-component polyurethane foam adhesive in a 750 ml gun-grade can — no mixing needed. It bonds EPS/XPS boards, plasterboard and lightweight building blocks on facades, foundations and interior walls. One can is enough to install up to 14 m² of insulation.

Ready to use — no powder mortar to mix

Soudabond Easy replaces traditional powder adhesives and applies straight from the gun. It cuts working time by up to 30%, and work can continue about an hour after bonding. Compared with classic mortars it also saves weight and storage space on site.

Strong initial grip even in low temperatures

Soudabond Easy grips firmly from the start and can be applied at temperatures from -5 °C to +35 °C, extending the building season. Its formula combines strong adhesion with gap-filling that levels uneven surfaces. Minimal post-expansion keeps board installation precise.

Bonds EPS/XPS, plasterboard and lightweight blocks

Soudabond Easy suits EPS and XPS, polyurethane (PUR/PIR) and phenolic insulation boards on flat roofs, perimeters, facades and cellars. It also bonds plasterboard in dry-lining and non-load-bearing partition walls of aerated concrete, sand-lime or hollow brick. The foam even fills the cavities between individual boards.

Low thermal conductivity that keeps insulation efficient

With a thermal conductivity of about 0.035 W/(m·K), Soudabond Easy fills joints without creating thermal bridges. The adhesive stays flexible and does not become brittle, and resists mould and many solvents. It is not UV-resistant, so it should be covered in exterior applications.
