Gun-applied foam adhesive for fast, clean fixing of EPS/XPS boards — no dust, no mixing.

CERESIT CT 84 EXPRESS PLUS is a Henkel polyurethane foam adhesive for fixing thermal insulation boards of expanded (EPS) and extruded (XPS) polystyrene, as well as mineral wool, in ETICS façade systems. The ready-to-use 850 ml canister is applied with a gun for clean, dust-free work. It can be applied from -10°C to +40°C, so you can keep working on cold days when cement adhesives dry too slowly.

Ready-mixed adhesive for EPS, XPS and mineral wool

CERESIT CT 84 EXPRESS PLUS fixes expanded and extruded polystyrene boards as well as mineral wool onto concrete, brick, wood, OSB, metal and bitumen surfaces. The foam is ready to use straight from the canister — no mixing, no water and no dust. It is ideal for façade insulation on both new builds and renovation projects.

High coverage from a single canister

A single 850 ml canister covers up to 8 m² of boards — far more than a bag of cement adhesive, while keeping the system lightweight. Fewer packs mean easier transport and storage on site. It is especially handy for "insulation over insulation" systems.

Works in the cold, down to -10°C

The new CERESIT CT 84 EXPRESS PLUS formula can be applied from -10°C to +40°C and in high humidity. This extends the building season and lets you keep working when cement adhesives dry too slowly. Surfaces must be protected from frost before application.

Fast curing for same-day progress

CERESIT CT 84 EXPRESS PLUS is touch-dry in about 10 minutes, with anchoring possible after roughly 2 hours. That lets you bond the boards, set the anchors and apply the reinforcing layer within a single day. Low secondary expansion prevents unwanted board deformation.
