TYTAN Professional Cardboard is a ready-to-use, one-component polyurethane (PU) gun-foam adhesive for drywall. It bonds gypsum boards, fibre-cement and cement boards, and wood-based panels such as OSB to concrete, cellular concrete, ceramic brick, silicate blocks, wood and metal. A single canister covers board bonding of up to 10 m².
Instant grip for faster board mounting
TYTAN Professional Cardboard grips the board the moment you press it in place, so there is no need to prop it up. The applicator technology lets you lay precise, controlled beads. The bond is ready for the next step in just 30 minutes.
Levels wall irregularities up to 20 mm
The dense TYTAN Professional Cardboard foam compensates uneven walls with a bead thickness of up to 20 mm — perfect for old or bowed surfaces. It allows fine positioning and correction of the board by light pressure, with a working time under 5 minutes. You align panels precisely without extra spacers.
Clean work with no dust, water or mortar
Unlike traditional gypsum mortar, TYTAN Professional Cardboard needs no water, mixing or extra tools beyond a foam gun. The site stays clean, with no dust or wet slurry. Apply it with a PU foam gun and remove any excess with TYTAN foam cleaner.
