Sika Boom-180 Fix & Fill Polyurethane Foam 750 ml
Nozzle-applied polyurethane foam for easy filling and insulating of gaps, cavities and openings.
Sika Boom-180 Fix & Fill is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam in a 750 ml can, applied easily with a plastic nozzle — no gun required. It fills gaps, cavities and openings around window and door frames, as well as around pipes and conduits. It works for both interior and exterior jobs.
Nozzle application, no foam gun needed
Sika Boom-180 Fix & Fill applies straight from its plastic nozzle, making it ideal for occasional and DIY jobs. The foam self-expands to fill hard-to-reach gaps and cavities. It is ready to use right away, with no extra tools required.
Thermal and acoustic insulation of gaps
The Sika polyurethane foam delivers solid thermal insulation and effectively muffles noise, cold and drafts. That makes it well suited for sealing around window and door frames. It bonds firmly to most common building substrates.
Cured foam can be cut, sanded and painted
Once cured, Sika Boom-180 Fix & Fill can be cut, sanded and painted for a clean finish. The foam becomes cuttable about 75 minutes after application and fully cures within 24 hours. This lets you shape it precisely to the opening.
Low isocyanate content for safer use
Sika Boom-180 Fix & Fill has a very low content of monomeric isocyanates (< 0.1 %) and is free of chlorinated paraffins, plasticizers and halogens. The foam carries the Emicode EC1plus rating for very low emissions. Its reaction to fire is Class E per EN 13501-1.
