CERESIT TS 61 Polyurethane Assembly Foam 300 ml (Hand-Applied)

Hand-applied PU foam that fills, bonds and insulates joints, cavities and gaps.

CERESIT TS 61 is a single-component hand-applied polyurethane foam (300 ml) from Henkel for filling joints, cavities and openings when fitting windows and doors. Applied easily with the supplied straw, the foam self-expands and bonds firmly to wood, concrete, stone and metal. It cures under ambient moisture into a semi-rigid mass with good mechanical strength.

Self-expansion up to 2–2.5 times

The foam expands on its own, growing close to 2–2.5 times in volume before it fully cures. Fill roughly 50% of the joint and the material takes up the rest, sealing the gap tightly.

Excellent adhesion to building materials

CERESIT TS 61 bonds excellently to most construction substrates — wood, concrete, stone and metal. Dampening porous mineral surfaces such as brick, concrete and limestone improves adhesion and the cell structure of the cured foam.
