Bostik Tiger PU Gun Foam, 700 ml
Gun-applied polyurethane foam with excellent grip for precise filling of joints and cavities.
Bostik Tiger is a one-component PU gun foam (700 ml) for insulation and construction assembly. It fills joints, cavities and openings around window and door frames and at pipe or cable pass-throughs in walls and floors. Applied with a foam gun for an even bead and accurate dosing.
Gun application for precise work
Gun application of Bostik Tiger gives control over the bead and dosing — ideal for long joints and hard-to-reach spots. Cutting time is 20–40 minutes, so excess can be trimmed soon after application. It is laid in layers up to 4 cm, with wider joints filled in several passes.
Excellent adhesion to many materials
Bostik Tiger bonds firmly to concrete, brick, stone, plaster, wood and metal, as well as EPS, XPS, rigid PU foam and uPVC. That makes the foam versatile for fitting frames and partition elements. It is not recommended for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene or bituminous substrates.
Thermal and sound insulation of the joint
Once cured, Bostik Tiger insulates thermally with a conductivity of 30–35 mW/m.K and cuts noise with 62 dB joint sound insulation. Its closed-cell structure (± 70%) keeps a stable, moisture-resistant seal. The foam withstands temperatures from -40°C to +90°C after curing.
Low emissions — EC1 Plus and A+ certified
Bostik Tiger carries EC1 Plus and A+ certification for very low volatile emissions — healthier work indoors. The cured foam can be painted or covered with filler or plaster. Uncovered foam is not UV-resistant and should be protected from direct sunlight.
