TKK TOP FOAM is a 750 ml one-component gun-grade polyurethane (PU) foam for installing windows and doors and filling joints, cavities and openings. The foam cures with air humidity and bonds firmly to all common construction materials. It is applied with a PU foam gun for precise dosing and clean work.
Gun-grade application with low consumption
TKK TOP FOAM is dispensed with a mounting gun for precise dosing exactly where you need it. Gun-grade application lowers consumption and dripping while keeping the job cleaner. The gun nozzle allows quick can replacement so work continues without interruption.
Strong adhesion to all construction materials
TKK TOP FOAM polyurethane foam bonds well to wood, concrete, aerated concrete, brick, metal and aluminium. Once cured, it forms a strong joint with good thermal and sound insulation. It suits window and door frames, plumbing and heating systems, ventilation and electrical installations.
Moisture curing with fast set
TKK TOP FOAM cures with air humidity and is no longer tack-free after about 5–10 minutes. Full cure takes 1.5 to 5 hours depending on temperature and humidity. It expands 2–3 times its volume, so fill openings only partially.
