TYTAN Professional PU STYRO UNI 750 ml — Adhesive Foam for Insulation Boards

TYTAN Professional PU STYRO UNI is a 750 ml polyurethane adhesive foam for thermal insulation boards. It bonds EPS and XPS boards to façades, roofs and foundations for both interior and exterior work. The foam also fixes lightweight decorative elements while filling gaps between boards to reduce thermal bridges.
Strong, durable bond for insulation boards
TYTAN PU STYRO UNI forms a firm bond to expanded (EPS) and extruded (XPS) polystyrene without damaging the boards. The low-expansion formula keeps the panels flat and undeformed across the façade.
Faster work with up to 15 minutes to reposition
Press the board to the wall within 5 minutes of applying the adhesive, then fine-tune its position for up to 15 minutes. Mechanical fixing is possible after just 2 hours, keeping the façade job moving.
Universal grip on many substrates
Beyond EPS and XPS, the adhesive grips firmly to concrete, aerated concrete, brick, wood, plasterboard, galvanised steel, glass and mineral wool. That makes it suitable for façades, foundations and roofs (EPS, XPS, PIR, PUR).
Low thermal conductivity for a warmer façade
With a thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/mK, the foam adds to the insulation instead of weakening it. It seals gaps between boards and reduces thermal bridges across the building envelope.
