Vapour-permeable plaster for interior and wet rooms with a fine felted finish, ready to paint.
Baumit MPI 25 is a mineral lime-cement machine plaster for interior use, including damp and industrial rooms. It regulates air humidity and creates a fine felted surface you can paint directly without skim coating. Made of hydrated lime, cement, sands and additives with a maximum grain size of 0.6 mm, it works with all common plastering machines.
Regulates indoor air humidity
Baumit MPI 25 is a vapour-permeable mineral plaster that absorbs and releases moisture to keep a healthy indoor climate. This makes it suitable for wet rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens, as well as industrial areas.
Fine felted surface, ready for paint
The plaster is felted to a smooth look with a grain size of only 0.6 mm, so you can paint directly without a skim coat. If preferred, you can achieve a pleasant rustic effect or apply a finishing filler with very low consumption.
Machine application with all common plastering machines
Baumit MPI 25 is processed with all common plastering machines such as PFT, MAI Int. and m-tec, speeding up work over large areas. It is applied at a minimum thickness of 10 mm on walls and 8 mm on ceilings, up to 25 mm in a single pass.
Base for ceramic tiles and wall heating
Baumit MPI 25 is an excellent base for laying ceramic tiles – in this case the surface is only levelled with a trapezoid rule, without felting. The plaster is also suitable for embedding wall heating systems.
