The FITT Refittex Fuel 10x16 mm oil-resistant hose is a technical hose for transferring non-aromatic hydrocarbons such as oils and petroleum in industrial work and when refuelling agricultural machinery. It is sold by the linear metre, so you buy exactly the length your job needs. With a 10 mm inner and 16 mm outer diameter, the polyester-reinforced wall handles 20 bar working pressure.
Oil-resistant formulation for oils and petroleum
Refittex Fuel is made with a special oil-resistant PVC formulation with polymer plasticiser. That makes it suitable for the flow of non-aromatic hydrocarbons — oils and petroleum — in industrial applications and for refuelling farm machinery.
Polyester reinforcement rated for 20 bar
High-tenacity polyester yarn inside the wall carries the load when the hose works with pumps and transfer units. In the 10x16 mm size Refittex Fuel runs at 20 bar working pressure with a 60 bar bursting figure, leaving a solid safety margin for daily use.
Flexible down to -20 °C and UV resistant
The hose stays flexible from -20 °C to +60 °C and coils without kinking thanks to a 35 mm bending radius. Good UV resistance means it also copes with outdoor work — in the yard, in the field or beside the tank.
