The HIFITT IDRO MAT garden hose has a 1" (25.4 mm) inner diameter and an 8 bar working pressure, so it feeds large sprinklers, fills tanks and pools and covers long runs to the far end of the garden. It is sold by the metre from a 50 m roll, so you take exactly the length you need.
Wide 1" bore keeps pressure over long runs
The 25.4 mm bore moves noticeably more water than the usual 1/2" and 3/4" hoses. It is the natural pick for supply lines from a pump or borehole, for feeding several branches at once and for filling tanks fast.
Anti-algae inner layer stops greening
The inner wall is treated so algae cannot take hold and the hose does not turn green when left full of water in the sun. The water stays clean and drippers and nozzles clog far less often.
UV protection and a -10 to +50 °C range
The outer layer resists sunlight and does not go brittle after a season outdoors. The working temperature range covers midsummer heat as well as early spring watering.
Three-layer build with textile reinforcement
A yarn reinforcement sits between the inner and outer layers, taking the pressure and limiting kinks during reeling. The hose keeps its round section even after repeated unwinding around paths and corners.
Works with standard 1" fittings
Connection is made with 1" quick couplings, repair joints and adapters, offered as accessories to this item at Praktiker. A 3/4"-1" adapter suits a standard 3/4" threaded tap.
