Ceresit CM 12 is a grey flexible tile adhesive for porcelain, ceramic and colour-stable natural stone. It works indoors and outdoors, over underfloor heating and in damp areas. The 25 kg bag doubles as a medium-bed adhesive that levels dips up to 8 mm before tiling.

Flexible adhesive for porcelain, ceramic and stone

Ceresit CM 12 bonds porcelain, ceramic and colour-stable natural stone tiles. The adhesive suits walls and floors, indoors and out. It performs reliably in water-exposed areas and over underfloor heating systems.

Medium-bed application, levels up to 8 mm

As a medium-bed adhesive, Ceresit CM 12 fills and evens out dips up to 8 mm before the tiles go down. Surface irregularities up to 5 mm can be pre-filled with CM 12 the day before. That saves a separate levelling layer on uneven substrates.

Rated for underfloor heating and wet zones

Ceresit CM 12 is recommended for staircases and areas over underfloor heating. The adhesive withstands moisture and heavy foot traffic indoors and outdoors. It bonds to concrete, cement screeds and renders, plasterboard, paint, anhydrite, gypsum and aerated concrete (absorbent substrates primed with CT 17).

Easy mixing and notched-trowel application

Ceresit CM 12 is poured into measured clean water and mixed with an electric stirrer until lump-free, then left five minutes and stirred again. The adhesive is spread with a notched trowel; for indoor walls at least 65% of the tile back should be coated. Apply in dry conditions between +5 °C and +25 °C.
