Ceresit CM 12 White Flexible Tile Adhesive

A strong, flexible bond for porcelain, ceramic and natural stone — indoors and out.

Ceresit CM 12 White is a white flexible tile adhesive for porcelain stoneware, ceramic and colour-fast natural stone. It works indoors and outdoors, including over underfloor heating and waterproofed areas, and handles floor tiles up to 80×80 cm on heavily loaded floors.

Bonds large-format tiles up to 80×80 cm

Ceresit CM 12 White holds large formats with confidence. The adhesive is designed for floor tiles up to 80×80 cm and for heavily loaded floors, making it ideal for modern large-format flooring in homes and busy public spaces.

For underfloor heating and waterproofed areas

Ceresit CM 12 White can be applied over underfloor heating as well as on waterproofed floors and walls. The adhesive copes with areas exposed to water penetration, a reliable choice for bathrooms, kitchens and wet rooms.

Water- and frost-resistant for outdoor use

Ceresit CM 12 White is water- and frost-resistant, so it performs equally well indoors and outdoors. The adhesive also suits marble and colour-fast natural stone, extending its use across facades, terraces and balconies.

Medium-bed application and levelling up to 8 mm

Used as a medium-bed adhesive, Ceresit CM 12 White can repair and level surfaces with cavities up to 8 mm before the tiles go down. This saves a separate step and evens out an uneven substrate in a single layer.

Easy mixing and trowel application

Ceresit CM 12 White is poured into clean water and mixed with an electric mixer to a smooth, lump-free paste, left for a 5-minute maturing time and stirred again. The adhesive is spread with a notched trowel; indoor walls need at least 65% back-buttering, while constant moisture and frost call for the combined buttering-floating method. Apply between +5 °C and +25 °C.
