The Hozelock Aquasolo XL kit turns an ordinary plastic bottle into an automatic watering system for potted plants. The ceramic cones release water gradually to the roots, keeping plants hydrated while you are on holiday or away. The set includes 3+1 cones plus a stabiliser and suits large pots up to 65 cm across.
Microporous ceramic for gradual watering
The Hozelock Aquasolo XL cones are made of microporous ceramic that lets water seep out slowly and evenly, straight to the roots. Plants get exactly the moisture they need without overwatering. It is an ideal solution for periods when no one is around to water.
Works with 1.5 to 5 litre bottles
Each Aquasolo XL cone screws onto the neck of a standard plastic bottle from 1.5 to 5 L thanks to the universal adaptor. The larger the bottle, the longer the plant stays watered — up to 10 days for outdoor plants. The reservoir is reusable and can even carry liquid feed.
Stabiliser for large pots up to 65 cm
The included stabiliser keeps larger bottles upright and steady even on uneven ground or in windy conditions. The kit is sized for large pots around 65 cm in diameter, for the garden, terrace or greenhouse. With 3+1 cones you can water several plants at once.
