ISOMAT PS-20 Transparent Water-Repellent Impregnation
Invisible silicone protection that repels water without changing the look of the surface.
ISOMAT PS-20 is a transparent, silicone-based water-repellent impregnation that protects facades and mineral surfaces against water penetration. It is applied on natural and synthetic stone, mineral renders, exposed masonry, bricks, roof tiles, ceramic tiles and exposed concrete. Coverage is 0.2–0.4 l/m² and the product is solvent-based.

ISOMAT PS-20 forms a lasting barrier that keeps water from soaking into porous surfaces. Walls stay dry, and the risk of damp, staining and frost damage drops significantly. It is ideal for exposed facades that take on rain.
Transparent finish that keeps the natural look
The PS-20 impregnation is transparent and soaks into the substrate without leaving a glossy film. Stone, brick or render keeps its original colour and texture. A perfect choice when you want protection but no change in appearance.
Works on stone, brick, concrete and tiles
ISOMAT PS-20 goes onto natural and synthetic stone, mineral renders, exposed masonry, decorative bricks, roof tiles, ceramic tiles and exposed concrete. It also seals the joints between tiles against water. One product covers most mineral substrates on facades and terraces.
