Sika Sikagard-703 W is a ready-to-use silane/siloxane emulsion that makes facades and walls water-repellent. It works on render, brick, stone and asbestos cement, and the treatment stays invisible without changing the look of the surface.

Sikagard-703 W sharply reduces how much water your wall absorbs and shields it from water ingress. That extends the life of the building elements and preserves their appearance, with full performance reached after a few days.
Vapour-permeable so the wall keeps breathing
A Sikagard-703 W treatment leaves the substrate vapour-permeable, letting internal moisture escape freely. This prevents damp from being trapped inside the wall and the problems that come with it.
Invisible finish that keeps the original look
Sikagard-703 W is a milky liquid that dries clear, leaving the colour and texture of the surface untouched. With less dirt build-up, the substrate also resists fungi, mould and lichen.
Ready to use — brush, roller or low-pressure spray
Sikagard-703 W is water-based and ready to apply straight from the container, saturating the surface wet-on-wet from the bottom up. Tools clean up with water right after use, and the surface should be protected from rain for at least 3 hours.
