The OSRAM TYREseal ESSENTIAL KIT OTSK6ESN is a flat tyre repair kit combining a 450 ml sealant bottle with an analogue 12 V tyre inflator. The sealant closes tread punctures of up to 6 mm and allows up to 200 km of further driving – enough to finish your trip or reach a service centre. Recommended for cars and small vans, it stores in a velcro-backed bag in the boot.
No jack, no tools, no valve removal
The sealant is injected straight through the valve, with no need to remove the wheel or the valve core. The whole procedure takes under 10 minutes and can be done at the roadside – handy in rain or after dark, when swapping a spare wheel is the last thing you want.
OE-specification particle gel sealant
The formula is made to carmaker specification and directly replaces the sealant originally supplied with the vehicle. It is non-toxic and washes out with water once the tyre is off, leaving the way clear for a permanent repair.
TPMS-safe formulation
The liquid is designed to flow through the valve without clogging the in-tyre pressure sensor. Tyre-pressure monitoring stays operational after the emergency repair.
Inflator with analogue gauge in PSI, kPa and bar
The gauge reads to ±0.1 bar accuracy and inflation takes around 4.5 minutes. A 3.0 m power cord and 50 cm air hose reach all four wheels without moving the car.
Valve adaptors for bikes and inflatables
Supplied adaptors let the inflator handle bicycle tyres, air beds and inflatable toys. Useful well beyond emergencies – before a trip or on the beach.
