The GARDEN STAR HD-10156 is a 160 L rotating compost tumbler made of polypropylene and mounted on a metal frame. Spinning the drum aerates and mixes garden and kitchen waste without any shovelling, and at 93 x 60 x 70 cm it fits into compact yards and terraces.

Rotating drum replaces shovel work

A few turns of the drum aerate the mixture, the key condition for fast decomposition. The tumbler sits on a metal stand that keeps it clear of the ground, leaving room underneath for a bucket when you harvest the finished compost.

UV-resistant polypropylene body

The polypropylene shell is made for year-round outdoor use: it does not absorb moisture and resists sun damage. The black finish also traps heat inside the drum, helping keep the composting mass warm.

160 L for garden and kitchen waste

The capacity handles grass clippings, leaves, peelings and fruit and vegetable scraps from a household with a small to mid-sized garden. The finished compost feeds vegetable beds, flower borders and potted plants.
