The Haier AS50SDBHRA-MWV/1U50KEBFRA-SH is an 18000 BTU/h inverter split air conditioner delivering 5.3 kW of rated cooling and 5.9 kW of rated heating. It runs on R32 refrigerant and can be operated by remote or over Wi-Fi through the Haier Smart Air 2 app.

SEER 8.51 and A+++ cooling efficiency

Rated power input in cooling mode is 1.468 kW for 5.3 kW of output. The ECO button on the remote offers three levels, and Haier rates the third at up to 52% energy savings compared with normal mode.

Heating at outdoor temperatures down to -25 °C

Rated heating capacity is 5.9 kW, with an A++ heating energy class (SCOP 4.6). In Carpet heating mode, warm air is sent down to the floor first and then circulates evenly through the whole room.

Ceiling cooling keeps cold drafts off you

A dual-blade air deflector sends cooled air toward the ceiling at a 35° angle, so it settles evenly across the room instead of blowing straight at you. A double-layer outlet duct uses the Venturi effect to speed up the airflow, which reaches up to 830 m³/h.

Wi-Fi control and I Feel sensor in the remote

The Haier Smart Air 2 app lets you switch on and adjust the unit from your phone or tablet wherever you are. I Feel reads the temperature around the remote, so the air conditioner adjusts to where you are actually sitting. Heatstroke prevention mode watches indoor temperature and humidity and kicks in automatically once they hit the set threshold.

Self-cleaning and anti-mould protection

The indoor unit features self-cleaning with sterilisation and an antibacterial filter. Anti-mould protection heats the evaporator, and after switch-off the outdoor fan spins in reverse to clear dust from the condenser.
