The ZVEZDA KAPRIZ wood-burning stove is a 13 kW freestanding unit made in Bulgaria from cold-rolled steel sheet. Its firebox is lined with fireclay bricks and fitted with a cast-iron grate, while the ceramic glass door keeps the flames in full view. The 130 mm flue outlet connects to a standard chimney pipe.
13 kW output for spacious rooms
The stove covers the heating needs of a large living room or an open-plan floor. Heat radiates from the steel body, while the fireclay lining keeps releasing it after the flames die down.
Fireclay lining and cast-iron grate in the firebox
The bricks shield the walls from direct contact with embers and hold a higher combustion temperature. The cast-iron grate withstands frequent reloading and lets ash fall through freely.
Primary and secondary air control
Two air controls let you build up temperature quickly when lighting and then hold a slow burn for longer on a single load. Secondary air feeds oxygen above the fire and helps burn off the remaining gases.
Ceramic glass and heat-resistant paint
The door carries ceramic glass that tolerates firebox temperatures and keeps the fire in view. The exterior is finished in black heat-resistant paint, and the handle is designed to limit heat transfer on contact.
