MARISAN HYDROZOL HYDRO ROOF is a hybrid liquid roof waterproofing based on synthetic resins that dries into a smooth, watertight elastic film. It is applied easily with a brush, roller or trowel on flat and pitched roofs, terraces and canopies. This is a ready-to-use 12 kg bucket.
Elastic film that bridges cracks up to 2 mm
HYDROZOL HYDRO ROOF forms a dense elastic layer that fills and bridges cracks in the base up to 2 mm. This lets the coating absorb the normal contractions and expansions caused by vibration and temperature swings without cracking.
UV resistance and performance from -30 °C to +80 °C
MARISAN HYDRO ROOF keeps its elasticity across a wide temperature range and is unaffected by direct sun and weather. It reflects solar radiation and noticeably lowers the temperature of the roof surface.
Easy application with brush, roller or trowel
The thixotropic HYDRO ROOF paste is applied in thin layers up to 1 mm on horizontal, vertical and inclined surfaces. Each new layer is applied crosswise to the previous one, once it has dried for 2–3 hours.
Repairs and protects old bitumen and polyurethane coatings
MARISAN HYDRO ROOF is used to repair mineral bitumen membranes with sprinkles and old polyurethane waterproofing. It slows their ageing and prevents bitumen leakage at high temperatures, and withstands light to moderate foot traffic.
