MARISAN HYDROZOL HYDRO ROOF is a hybrid liquid roof waterproofing based on synthetic resins, ready to apply directly with a brush, roller or trowel. It forms a smooth, seamless elastic film that covers capillary cracks and keeps water and moisture out. It suits flat and pitched roofs, terraces, sheds and canopies, and is ideal for repairing old bituminous and polyurethane coatings.
Seamless elastic film against leaks
MARISAN HYDROZOL HYDRO ROOF thickens after application into a dense elastic membrane that seals every capillary crack. It stays flexible from -30 °C to +80 °C and absorbs the base's movement without cracking.
Bridges cracks up to 2 mm
The high elasticity of HYDRO ROOF fills and bridges cracks in the base up to 2 mm. The membrane absorbs vibration and temperature swings and stays intact where ordinary coatings tear.
UV resistant and sun reflecting
The white HYDRO ROOF coating withstands direct sunlight and acid rain without ageing. It reflects solar radiation and noticeably lowers the temperature of the roof surface.
Easy to apply with brush, roller or trowel
The thixotropic HYDRO ROOF paste is applied in thin layers up to 1 mm on horizontal, vertical and inclined surfaces. Each layer dries in 2-3 hours and the coating fully cures after 24 hours, handling light to moderate foot traffic.
Repair and protection of old roofs
MARISAN HYDRO ROOF applies over bitumen membranes with sprinkles and old polyurethane coatings, as well as concrete, cement, wood and metal. It slows the ageing of bitumen and prevents it from leaking out at high temperatures.
