ISOMAT ISOFLEX-HYBRID is a hybrid, elastic, water-based liquid waterproofing membrane for flat roofs, built on acrylic and polyurethane resins. Brushed or rolled straight onto the roof, it forms a joint-free membrane that copes with standing water on roofs with insufficient slopes. The 1 kg pack is handy for smaller areas and detail repairs.
Seamless membrane against standing water
ISOFLEX-HYBRID forms an elastic, ageing-resistant membrane with no seams or joints — exactly where leaks usually start. That makes it ideal for flat roofs with water pooling from insufficient slopes.
Reflects sunlight and cools the roof
The white ISOFLEX-HYBRID coating strongly reflects solar and infrared rays, helping to keep the roof cooler. The rooms below stay more comfortable through the hot months.
Easy application over uneven surfaces
ISOFLEX-HYBRID is a liquid, brush-applied waterproofing of the "cold paint" type — it goes on easily and follows an uneven substrate. It is ideal for corners, joints between different materials and local crack sealing.
Protection even in very low winter temperatures
ISOFLEX-HYBRID keeps its elasticity and is recommended for regions with very low winter temperatures. The vapour-permeable membrane lets the substrate breathe and resists cracking in the cold.
