ISOMAT ISOFLEX-HYBRID is a hybrid polyurethane-acrylic water-based liquid waterproofing membrane for flat roofs. Applied by brush or roller, it cures into a continuous, elastic coating with no seams or joints. It bonds to concrete, wood, metal and existing waterproofing membranes, even over uneven surfaces.
Seamless membrane with no joints
ISOFLEX-HYBRID is applied as a liquid and cures into one continuous coating without seams — exactly where leaks usually start. The membrane stays vapour-permeable, so the roof structure breathes instead of trapping moisture.
High elasticity that bridges cracks
The membrane stretches up to 550% before breaking and follows substrate movement without cracking. That makes ISOFLEX-HYBRID a dependable choice for details such as corners, joints between materials and local crack sealing.
Reflects sunlight and cools the roof
The white coating strongly reflects solar and diffuses infrared rays, lowering the roof surface temperature. This way ISOFLEX-HYBRID improves the building's energy efficiency during hot months.
Resists ponding water and cold
ISOFLEX-HYBRID is designed for flat roofs with poor drainage where water tends to pond. It is also recommended for regions with very low winter temperatures, keeping its elasticity in the cold.
Easy to apply by brush or roller
The product is ready to use and applied in two coats by brush or roller after priming with ISO-PRIMER. As a water-based product with low VOC content, tools are cleaned with plain water.
