Polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing for reliable moisture protection of concrete, renders and masonry.

Sika SikaTop Seal-107 Component A is the liquid polymer part of Sika's two-component cementitious SikaTop Seal-107 waterproofing system, supplied in a 5 kg container. Mixed with Component B (dry cement blend), it forms a semi-flexible mortar for interior and exterior waterproofing of concrete, cement renders and masonry. It suits bathrooms, showers, balconies, terraces, basements and reservoirs.

Two-part cementitious waterproofing, pre-dosed

SikaTop Seal-107 combines a liquid polymer (Comp. A) with a dry cement blend containing special additives (Comp. B). The components come pre-dosed, so no extra water is needed and mixing errors are avoided. It blends quickly and easily with a paddle mixer to a uniform consistency.

Protection against positive and negative water pressure

SikaTop Seal-107 is an impermeable, semi-flexible mortar that holds back water from both sides. It performs under positive and negative water pressure and protects concrete from carbonation, frost and efflorescence. It bonds very well to sound, properly prepared substrates.

Easy application by brush, trowel or spray

SikaTop Seal-107 can be applied by hand with a stiff brush or notched trowel, or machine-sprayed. Two coats of 0.75–2 mm are laid, with the second applied once the first has set. Sika SealTape-S sealing tape is embedded at joints and edges for extra security.
