SIKA SikaTop Seal-107 Component B Waterproofing, 20 kg

Two-component cement waterproofing for lasting protection of concrete, render and masonry against water and moisture.

SikaTop Seal-107 is a two-component, polymer-modified cement waterproofing mortar from SIKA for interior and exterior use. This item is Component B — the dry cement mix (20 kg bag) that is combined with the liquid polymer Component A to form the ready waterproofing slurry. It suits bathrooms, terraces, balconies, cellars, swimming pools and reservoirs.

Water protection for wet areas

SikaTop Seal-107 forms a watertight layer that keeps water out and in. The mortar protects the substrate under both positive and negative water pressure, making it suitable for bathrooms and terraces as well as cellars and reservoirs.

Interior and exterior use on many substrates

SikaTop Seal-107 is applied to concrete, cement renders and masonry. It is used for waterproofing and repair of cellars, balconies, terraces, kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools and both drinking-water and waste-water tanks.

Easy application by brush or trowel

SikaTop Seal-107 is applied easily with a stiff brush or notched trowel in two coats of 0.75–2 mm each. The second coat follows once the first has set, and Sika SealTape-S reinforces the joints and edges.

Semi-flexible with concrete protection

SikaTop Seal-107 is a semi-flexible mortar with good adhesion to sound substrates. It protects concrete against carbonation, frost and efflorescence, is non-corrosive and can be overpainted with solvent-based paints.

Component B of the two-component system

This item is Component B of SikaTop Seal-107 — a 20 kg bag of dry cement mix. To obtain the ready slurry it is mixed with Component A (liquid polymer, 5 kg can), with no extra water needed. The pre-dosed components reduce mixing errors.
