ISOMAT AQUAMAT-FLEX Two-Component Cementitious Waterproofing, Grey, 18 kg

Flexible brush-applied waterproofing that bridges cracks and withstands water under pressure.

ISOMAT AQUAMAT-FLEX is a two-component, flexible, polymer-cementitious brush-applied waterproofing supplied as an 18 kg grey kit. It combines a dry cement mix (component A) with a liquid elastifier (component B) that, once blended, form a seamless watertight membrane. It suits bathrooms, terraces, balconies, flat roofs, basements, foundations and underground reservoirs.

Bridges cracks for lasting protection

AQUAMAT-FLEX is a flexible membrane rated Class A3 for bridging cracks wider than 0.5 mm. It follows the substrate's expansion and shrinkage without tearing, making it ideal for surfaces prone to micro-cracks from temperature swings or vibration.

Withstands water pressure up to 5 atm

The membrane resists positive hydrostatic pressure up to 5 atm per EN 12390-8, as well as negative pressure. This makes ISOMAT AQUAMAT-FLEX suitable for basements, foundations and underground reservoirs exposed to moisture or pressurised water.

Waterproofing under tiles with no primer

Being cement-based, AQUAMAT-FLEX bonds strongly to slightly damp substrates without priming and needs no extra primer between the membrane and the tile adhesive. It brushes on easily in two or more coats in bathrooms, kitchens and terraces due for tiling.

Safe for drinking water and vapour-permeable

AQUAMAT-FLEX is approved for drinking-water tanks and surfaces in direct contact with food per W-347. The membrane is vapour-permeable and protects concrete against carbonation, extending the structure's service life.
