WILO Isar BOOST5-E-3 Pressure Boosting System, 750 W
Constant water pressure at every tap, with inverter control and soft start.
The WILO Isar BOOST5-E-3 is a domestic pressure boosting system that packs the pump, frequency inverter, expansion vessel, non-return valve and pressure/flow sensors into one compact housing. It connects to G1" pipework and plugs into a standard 230 V socket — no extra control box or external pressure switch.
Inverter that holds pressure steady
A pressure sensor registers the drop when a tap opens and the electronics start the pump, while the frequency converter varies motor speed to match actual demand. When flow stops, the flow sensor switches the pump off until the next draw-off.
Self-priming from 8 m depth
The multistage hydraulics draw water from an underground tank, cistern or shaft. A manual selector switches the unit to non-self-priming mode when water arrives by gravity from a header tank or straight from a pressurised main.
LED panel with push-button pressure setting
The target value in bar is entered with the “+” and “–” buttons, while the LEDs show the operating state. A separate status indicator glows green in normal operation and red on error or alarm.
Dry-running and overheating protection
The electronics stop the pump when water runs out, monitor motor and inverter temperature and react to sudden voltage or current changes. The IPX4-rated housing with noise-blocking covers makes indoor installation practical.
Water supply, irrigation and rainwater use
The permissible fluid is clean, non-aggressive water free of suspended solids, from 0 °C to +40 °C. The system feeds indoor plumbing, irrigation lines and distribution from rainwater storage tanks.
