Baumit SuperPrimer is a high-quality, ready-to-use primer with added quartz sand, developed specifically for slightly absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. It creates a solid bonding bridge on smooth walls and floors so that plasters, fillers, screeds and adhesives grip reliably. It suits both interior and exterior work.

Baumit SuperPrimer contains quartz sand that leaves a rough surface once dry. This texture turns smooth, non-absorbent substrates into a firm base that the next layer can grip securely.
Ready to use and solvent-free
Baumit SuperPrimer comes ready to apply and is solvent-free, which makes it suitable even for enclosed interior rooms. Stir it well with a slow-speed mixer before use so the quartz sand is evenly distributed.
Easy to apply by roller, brush or machine
SuperPrimer applies conveniently with a roller, brush or a suitable machine, covering walls and floors quickly. The following coat can be applied no sooner than about 30 minutes after priming and no later than 48 hours.
