ISOMAT UNI-PRIMER is a ready-to-use, water-based deep-penetrating acrylic primer that soaks into the pores of the substrate and forms a strong bonding layer for the coatings that follow. It suits concrete, masonry, renders and plasterboard, for both indoor and outdoor use. Apply it before water-based paints, tile adhesives, self-levelling screeds and liquid waterproofing.
Deep penetration for a solid base
ISOMAT UNI-PRIMER penetrates into the pores of the substrate and stabilises weak, crumbling renders. Your next coat of paint or adhesive then bonds to a firm, reinforced surface instead of a dusty, flaking layer.
Excellent adhesion before paint, adhesive and waterproofing
The ISOMAT UNI-PRIMER acts as a bonding layer between the substrate and the coatings that follow — water-based paints, tile adhesives, self-levelling screeds and liquid elastic waterproofing. It also pairs with products such as AQUAMAT-ELASTIC and ISOMAT SL-17.
Ready to use by brush, roller or spray
ISOMAT UNI-PRIMER comes ready to use — just stir it and apply evenly with a brush, roller or spray before painting. Coverage is 100–200 g/m² depending on how absorbent the surface is, so it is easy to plan the amount you need.
For indoor and outdoor surfaces
ISOMAT UNI-PRIMER is suitable for indoor and outdoor use on concrete, masonry, renders, plasterboard and wood-based boards. It reduces the water absorption of porous surfaces, saving paint and giving an even final finish.
