KEROS Barcelona Negro Porcelain Tile 25x25 cm, Matt Black
A matt black square format that works on floors and walls, indoors and out.
KEROS Barcelona Negro is a matt black 25x25 cm porcelain tile from the Barcelona series (Belle Epoque collection), made in Bulgaria. The plain field tile is the base that pairs with the patterned decors of the same series, and its frost resistance allows outdoor terraces and steps. One box covers 1 m² with 16 tiles.
Matt finish with a hydraulic look
The surface is matt, glare-free, with the character of classic hydraulic cement tiles. The 25x25 cm square sets an even rhythm in compact bathrooms, hallways and kitchen alcoves, while the black tone contrasts the Barcelona Arch, Classic, Greco and Star decors.
PEI IV wear rating for busy areas
Mohs hardness is 6 and stain resistance reaches class 5, the top rating in the standard. The tile takes daily foot traffic and routine cleaning agents, including hallways and moderately busy commercial spaces.
Frost resistant for outdoor use
The porcelain body absorbs virtually no moisture and withstands freeze cycles, so the tile suits terraces, entrance landings and steps. Keros specifies a minimum 3 mm joint, and the series offers matching skirting and step pieces for finishing edges.
Easy quantity planning with 1 m² boxes
A box weighs about 16.3 kg and is easy to carry, while a 80x120 europallet holds 54 boxes. The 7.50 mm thickness keeps the build-up low when tiling over an existing floor.
