KAI Tilia Caramel Porcelain Tile 20x120 cm, Rectified, Wood Look

A warm caramel wood-look surface that holds up outdoors and through the frost.

The KAI Tilia Caramel 20x120 cm porcelain tile reproduces a solid timber plank in a warm caramel tone and works indoors as well as on open terraces and paths. Its rectified edges are machine-calibrated for a 2 mm joint, so the floor reads as one continuous timber surface. Each pack holds 4 pieces and covers 0.96 m².

The long, narrow plank follows the proportions of real boarding and cuts down on visible joints. Lay it straight, diagonally or in a brick bond; running it lengthways along a hallway visually stretches the space.

Frost-resistant porcelain for terraces and outdoor paths

Approved for both interior and exterior use, the dense porcelain body absorbs almost no water and survives freeze-thaw cycles. That lets the same decor run from the living room straight out onto the terrace.

8.5 mm body, first-grade sorting

Sorted as first grade, the tiles keep a consistent calibre and shade within the batch, which means less waste when cutting. Production is in Bulgaria, and the Tilia range also offers a 60x120 cm format for combined layouts.

Working out quantities per pack and pallet

One box gives 0.96 m² from 4 tiles, while a full pallet holds 40 boxes, or 38.4 m². Add the usual allowance to your measured area for cuts and future replacements.
