KAI Magnolia Taupe 45x45 cm is a matt porcelain floor tile with a poured-cement design. Each pack covers 1.22 m² and holds 6 pieces, approved for both interior floors and outdoor areas. Made in Bulgaria, first quality grade.

Frost-resistant porcelain for terraces and steps

The tile is declared frost resistant, so it can be laid on balconies, terraces, entrance landings and covered walkways exposed to rain and sub-zero temperatures. The same article continues indoors, giving one uninterrupted floor inside and out.

Cement design in a taupe shade

The decor reproduces a fine concrete texture in a warm greyish-brown tone whose subtle shading hides dust and shoe marks. The matt surface keeps reflections low and suits modern and industrial interiors.

One pack holds 6 tiles and covers 1.22 m², with a transport weight of 20.290 kg. Add an allowance for cuts along walls and around columns. A full pallet takes 68 boxes, or 82.60 m², which is convenient for larger projects.
