GARDENA 4600 Silent Automatic Home & Garden Pump

The GARDENA 4600 Silent automatic pump with electronic pressure switch draws clean water from a tank, well or cistern and feeds it to irrigation and non-potable household points. It delivers up to 4600 l/h at 4.0 bar and starts or stops automatically as soon as water is drawn, with self-priming suction from up to 8 m.
Automatic start when a tap or timer opens
The electronic pressure switch monitors flow and pressure, so the motor runs the moment a spray gun or water timer opens and shuts down when demand stops. The pump can stay permanently connected, serving irrigation, cleaning and filling without manual switching.
Silent technology — 60 dB sound pressure at 1 m
A noise-cancelling housing and vibration-damping feet keep the running noise at the level of a normal conversation. The pump can therefore be used in the evening, even when it stands close to a terrace or bedroom window.
25% less power draw and 30% more flow than the predecessor
An optimised motor and reworked hydraulics get more water out of a 600 W rated input. A maximum head of 40 m covers branched irrigation lines and tanks located below garden level.
Stainless steel shaft with dry-running protection
The drive shaft and the metal parts in the pump chamber are corrosion-resistant steel, while thermal protection cuts the motor off in case of overheating. If the source runs empty, the dry-running safeguard stops operation before the seals are damaged.
Outdoor-ready housing with carrying handle
The technical polymer housing withstands rain and UV exposure and is rated IPX4. An ergonomic handle and slotted feet make the 6.7 kg unit easy to carry and to fix down, while the drain plug empties the pump before winter storage.
