The GARDENA PremiumCut Flex 12242-20 bypass secateurs cut fresh wood, shoots and flowers up to 24 mm in diameter. At 200 mm long and just 141 g, they feature a 2-step variable opening that adapts the grip to any hand size.
Slim curved head for work in dense growth
The head geometry lets the blade reach exactly where the shoot meets the branch without snagging neighbouring canes. The lower blade is stainless steel, while the upper one carries GARDENA PowerCoating so sap does not stick and a wipe is enough to clean it.
2-step variable opening for every hand size
Two grip positions cover the whole job: the wide opening delivers force on thicker stems, the narrow one keeps a fast rhythm on soft growth. The soft ergonomic handles are glass-fibre reinforced and made from over 45% recycled plastic.
Sap groove, wire cutter and one-hand lock
The groove channels sap away so the blades do not gum up during long sessions. An integrated wire cutter deals with ties and trellis wire, and the one-hand safety lock keeps the blades closed for storage. A hanging loop on the handle keeps them with the rest of your tools.
