The GARDENA combisystem 304 branch pruner (manufacturer reference 298-20) is a cutting head for high pruning that mounts on a combisystem handle or works on its own. It uses a bypass cutting action, operated from the ground via a pull cord and an ergonomic D-grip.
5-fold transmission and double leverage for triple cutting power
The internal gearing multiplies the pull on the cord, so a branch of up to 35 mm parts with one steady movement. Across a whole tree that means noticeably less fatigue in arms and shoulders.
Hardened, non-stick coated blades for clean cuts
The blade geometry holds the branch in place while cutting, leaving a smooth wound that is gentler on the plant. The coating also makes cleaning easy after work on resinous wood.
Hooks onto the branch, 4.7 m pull cord
The cutting head hooks onto the branch and stays there while you pull the cord. Work high in the crown becomes steadier, since you no longer hold and press at the same time.
Adjustable D-grip with integrated cord storage
The grip adjusts to your height and working position, and the cord ends fix on both sides. The cord no longer tangles during pruning or in storage.
Fits the GARDENA combisystem handle range
The head is supplied without a handle and mounts on any combisystem handle, including telescopic versions sold separately. The lock gives a wobble-free connection, and for low branches the pruner also works handheld.
