Film-faced surface and WBP glue for repeated concrete pours.
The STATEKS formwork plywood panel measures 1220 x 2440 x 19 mm and combines a poplar core with a black film-coated face. It is made for vertical and horizontal formwork of slabs, walls and columns, leaving a smooth concrete surface behind.
WBP glue for outdoor site work
The layers are bonded with WBP glue, which keeps the panel intact in direct contact with wet concrete and rain. Hot pressing stabilises the structure for repeated use on site.
Cross-bonded poplar veneers
The core consists of full poplar veneers laid with alternating grain direction. This arrangement spreads the concrete pressure evenly and reduces the risk of the panel warping.
Black film face for smooth concrete
The face side carries a black film that does not bond with concrete and cleans off quickly after stripping. The panel cuts and drills with standard woodworking tools; sealing the cut edges extends its service life.
