Knauf Uniflott Gypsum Board Jointing Filler, 5 kg

A strong, tape-free joint on card-edged gypsum boards.

Knauf Uniflott is a special gypsum-based jointing filler for drywall, enhanced with additives for extra strength. This powder compound is mixed with water and applied by hand to fill joints and cover screw heads. It is supplied in a 5 kg bag.

Tape-free jointing on card-edged boards

Knauf Uniflott fills the joints of HRK and HRAK edge boards without a reinforcing tape when the edges are card-covered. You save a step and get a seamless, crack-resistant transition between the boards.

Versatile use across drywall systems

The Knauf Uniflott filler also suits perforated boards such as Cleaneo with SK or FF edges, as well as gypsum fibre panels for dry floors. One compound covers several installation types on site.

45-minute working time for controlled application

Knauf Uniflott begins to set after about 45 minutes, giving you time to fill the joint and remove excess before smoothing. It is mixed with water at roughly 2.4 L per 5 kg of dry compound.

Non-combustible class A1 for interiors

The Knauf Uniflott material is classified A1 for reaction to fire, meaning non-combustible. It is applied at temperatures above 10 °C and suits drywall walls and ceilings in homes and public spaces.
