Baumit FinishExpert is a white, ready-to-use paste filler for interior surfaces that comes ready to apply straight from the tub. Apply it by hand or machine on mineral bases, plasterboard, walls and ceilings before painting. The 5 kg pack is handy for smaller repairs and finishing jobs.

Ready to use straight from the tub

Baumit FinishExpert arrives as a ready-mixed paste — no water, no measuring, no mixing. That saves prep time and removes the risk of getting the ratio wrong. The filler stays easy to work with, suiting both professionals and DIY repairs.

Fine grain for a smooth surface

A maximum grain size of 0.2 mm (about 150 µm) leaves a smooth matte surface with a high degree of whiteness. The finished coat reaches Q2 quality and, with careful work, up to Q3–Q4 — an ideal base before painting.

Hand or machine application on walls and ceilings

Baumit FinishExpert goes on by machine or by hand with a stainless steel trowel in two coats of 1–3 mm. It fills well, handling larger imperfections as well as the joints between plasterboard panels.

Short drying time

Baumit FinishExpert dries quickly — between 2 and 8 hours, typically around 3 hours depending on temperature, humidity and layer thickness. The short wait between steps speeds up the whole job.
