White gypsum mix for perfectly smooth walls and ceilings, ready for paint.
RIGIPS Rimano Bianco is a white gypsum finishing plaster for interior walls and ceilings, applied by trowel or machine in layers from 1 to 5 mm. It works over lime-cement and gypsum renders and for repairing older skim coats. The 20 kg bag is mixed with roughly 16 l of water.
Smooth white surface ready for painting
The fine white finish shortens preparation before painting and reduces the number of coats needed for light shades. Consumption is around 0.9 kg per m² at 1 mm thickness, depending on how even the substrate is.
Trowel or machine application with one mix
The plaster spreads easily with a trowel and is also suited to machine application, which speeds up work on large areas. Coats can be layered at 10–15 minute intervals, with the second applied before the first has fully set.
Mixed with 16 l of water, 75 minutes of working time
The powder is poured into the water, left to soak for about 3 minutes and stirred once to a homogeneous paste. Working time depends on substrate absorption and room temperature; for the smoothest finish, mist the final coat with water and trowel it before it sets.
