GARDEN STAR HD-8883/LQ-HE01F Gas Heater, Gas + Electric, 4200 W
Two independent heat sources in one wheeled unit, with three heat settings.
The GARDEN STAR HD-8883/LQ-HE01F gas heater runs on an LPG cylinder or on mains power and covers well-ventilated rooms of up to 100 sq m. The ceramic burners offer three settings: 1.3 kW, 2.8 kW and 4.2 kW, while electric operation delivers 1260 W. The cylinder sits inside the housing, which rolls on castors.
Gas or electricity, whichever suits the moment
Gas mode needs no power supply and keeps working during outages. Electric infrared heating is rated energy class A and steps up in three stages of 420 W each.
Three heat settings for rooms of different size
Output ranges from 1.3 kW for a small room to 4.2 kW for areas approaching the 100 sq m limit. Gas consumption at the top setting is 306 g/h and varies with gas quality and room temperature.
Four safeguards: ODS sensor, tip-over and flame failure cut-off
The oxygen depletion sensor monitors room air and shuts off the gas if levels drop. A separate device stops the gas if the unit tips over or falls, and if the flame goes out. Overheat protection is included as well.
Fits cylinders up to 60 cm tall, moves on castors
The compartment takes cylinders up to 60 cm high and 40 cm wide. At about 10 kg with castors, the heater moves easily between garage, workshop and garden canopy. Piezo ignition needs no batteries.
Before first use: hose and 30 mbar regulator
The hose, two clamps, a 30 mbar low-pressure regulator and the gas cylinder are not included. Working pressure is 2.8–3 kPa.
