The DeWalt D26204K-QS is a professional 900 W corded router for routing, edging, grooving and profiling in wood and panels. The kit ships with two bases — a plunge base and a fixed base — so you can switch between jobs in seconds. Variable speed from 16000 to 27000 rpm lets you dial in the right setting for the material and cutter size.
Two 2-in-1 bases for every task
The DeWalt D26204K-QS comes with both a plunge base and a fixed base in one kit. Use the plunge base to drop the cutter into the middle of a workpiece, and the fixed base for edge work and steady guiding. Swapping the motor between bases is quick and needs no extra tools.
Variable speed 16000–27000 rpm
Full-wave electronic speed control on the DeWalt D26204K-QS keeps a constant speed under load thanks to feedback. Lower speeds suit large cutters and hard materials, while higher speeds give fine finishing. The result is a clean cut without scorching the wood.
55 mm plunge depth with soft start
The plunge base of the DeWalt D26204K-QS offers up to 55 mm of travel for deeper grooves and slots. Soft start limits the initial kick when the tool powers up for a more controlled cut. The router accepts 6.35 mm shank cutters, with an optional 8 mm collet available.
Complete kit with carry case
The DeWalt D26204K-QS kit includes parallel fences, dust extraction adapters, a spanner, a guide bush and a centering cone. Everything stores in a tough kit box for tidy storage and easy transport between sites. The tool is ready to work straight out of the box.
