The Bestway 58497 Flowclear sand filter pump cleans pool water through a bed of silica sand and serves above-ground pools from 1100 L to 42300 L. Connect it to the pool inlets, fill the tank with sand and it is ready to run. It also works with Polysphere filter balls (item 146751) instead of sand.

Sand filtration with a 5678 L/h flow rate

Water passes through silica sand that traps dirt mechanically, with no cartridges to buy. The tank holds 9 kg of sand and the load only needs replacing roughly every five years.

Six-position valve for filtering, backwashing and draining

A single turn of the handle selects filtering, backwash, rinse, recirculate, drain or closed. Backwashing restores the sand bed without removing it from the tank.

360° rotating top flange for easy hook-up

The top section rotates so the ports line up with the pool inlets wherever the unit stands. The corrosion-resistant tank is built to stay outdoors for the whole season.
