The Makita HP0300 is a compact 320 W corded hammer driver drill built for professional use, handling impact drilling in brick and light concrete as well as screwdriving. Its mechanical 2-speed gearing and variable speed let you match the tool to the material. Reverse rotation makes freeing a jammed bit easy.
Impact drilling in brick and concrete
The Makita HP0300 switches to hammer mode for holes in brick, masonry and light concrete up to 8 mm. Without impact it drills wood up to 28 mm and metal up to 10 mm, covering everyday mounting jobs with a single tool.
Two gears with variable speed control
The Makita HP0300 offers mechanical 2-speed gearing for high torque at low speed and faster drilling at high speed. Variable speed up to 1500 rpm gives control when starting a hole or driving screws.
Compact body for tight spaces
The short overall length of the Makita HP0300 and its weight of about 1.3 kg ease work in hard-to-reach spots and reduce fatigue during longer sessions. The soft grip improves handling.
10 mm keyless chuck for quick bit changes
The 10 mm keyless chuck on the Makita HP0300 changes bits without a key. Reverse rotation helps back out a stuck drill, and the mains cable delivers constant power with no battery to charge.
