WARMCOIN 0.5m2 Electric Underfloor Heating Mat, 80 W, 230 V
A 50 cm wide mat that beds straight into the tile adhesive without raising the floor level.
The WARMCOIN WCM 0.5m2 underfloor heating mat is a ready-made warm-floor solution for 0.5 m² in a bathroom, WC or kitchen work area. The heating cable comes pre-spaced on a mesh, so there is no measuring or fixing of loops on site. It runs on a standard 230 V supply and is controlled by a thermostat with floor sensor (not included).
Installs in the tile adhesive layer
The mat is rolled out over the substrate and covered by the tile adhesive: no new screed and no lost ceiling height. It can also be laid in a self-levelling compound. Suitable finishes are ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and marble.
Twin-conductor screened cable
The twin-conductor screened build keeps electromagnetic emission practically at zero and simplifies wiring, since only one cold tail has to be brought to the thermostat. Three-dimensional fixing on the mesh holds the spacing constant, so heat spreads evenly across the tiles.
160 W/m² output for bathrooms and hallways
This power density is the usual choice for comfort heating under tiles, and with correct sizing the mat can also serve as the main heat source in a small room. Calculate the heated area excluding the space under the bathtub, furniture and WC pan.
