The WARMCOIN WCM 9.0 m² heating mat is a ready-to-lay electric underfloor heating system rated 160 W/m², 1440 W at 230 V. The heating cable is pre-fixed to an 18 x 0.5 m mesh that you shape by cutting the mesh only. It suits tiles, terracotta and porcelain stoneware, as primary or supplementary heating.

Installs in a 5–8 mm adhesive layer

The cable is around 4 mm thick and is fully embedded in the tile adhesive, with no extra screed needed. It can also be laid in self-levelling screed up to 6 cm. Door heights and thresholds stay exactly as they are.

Two-core screened cable with a single cold tail

The two-core design brings power out at one end only, shortening the run to the thermostat. The screen and earth make it suitable for wet rooms such as bathrooms, provided waterproofing and RCD protection are in place.

Controlled by a thermostat with floor sensor

The mat must be run through a thermostat, which cycles the heating on and off and holds the set temperature to within ±1 °C. A conduit with end cap for the floor sensor is included, so the sensor can be replaced without breaking up the floor. The thermostat is purchased separately.
