Warm tiles without raising the floor level or pouring a screed.
The WARMCOIN WCM 3.5 m² underfloor heating mat is a twin-conductor heating cable pre-fixed to a mesh, rolled out over the prepared subfloor and embedded straight into the tile adhesive. It heats 3.5 m² of net floor area and works as primary or supplementary heating in bathrooms, hallways and kitchens. It must be run through a thermostat with a floor sensor, sold separately.
Installs in the tile adhesive, no new screed
The cable measures 2.5 to 4 mm across and beds into an adhesive layer from 8 mm up. Floor height stays practically unchanged, which matters in a bathroom refit with doors and thresholds already in place.
160 W/m² for comfortable tile temperature
Total output is 560 W at 230 V. This power density is the standard choice for tiled rooms and allows the floor to carry the entire bathroom heat load when correctly sized.
7 x 0.5 m size lays out around sanitary ware
The strip is 50 cm wide and the mesh can be cut between runs so you can turn the mat around a toilet, vanity or shower area. The heating cable itself is never shortened: cutting it changes the resistance and causes overheating.
Twin-conductor cable with a single cold tail
Only one cold tail runs back to the thermostat, keeping wall connections to a minimum. The cable is screened and earthed, so it is approved for wet rooms provided the waterproofing and an RCD are in place.
In the box: conduit for the floor sensor
Alongside the mat you get a capped conduit that houses the floor temperature sensor, plus installation and operating instructions. The thermostat and floor sensor are chosen separately from the compatible WARMCOIN or BEOK range.
