WARMCOIN WCM Underfloor Heating Cable Mat, 2.0 m², 320 W
Set straight into the tile adhesive without raising the floor level.
The WARMCOIN WCM electric underfloor heating mat covers 2.0 m² of heated area and runs on 230 V. Its twin-conductor screened heating cable is fixed to a 50 cm wide mesh that rolls out to 4 m. It works with a floor-sensor thermostat, purchased separately.
Installation inside the tile adhesive layer
The cable measures about 4 mm across and is fully embedded in adhesive, typically a 6–10 mm layer. It can also go into a screed up to roughly 5–6 cm during a full renovation. Suitable coverings are ceramic tiles, terracotta and porcelain stoneware.
320 W for a bathroom, hallway or kitchen
Output density is 160 W/m², the standard figure for wet rooms and circulation areas. With sound floor insulation and correct sizing the mat can serve as primary heating; otherwise it adds comfort warmth underfoot.
Twin-conductor screened cable with a single cold tail
The screen provides earthing and low electromagnetic emission, a requirement for damp rooms. Only one cold tail runs to the thermostat, keeping the route to the box short.
Cut the mesh to follow awkward rooms
The mesh can be cut and turned to work around a shower area, niche or threshold; the heating cable itself must never be cut or shortened. The set includes a conduit with end cap for the floor sensor plus installation instructions.
